Born in 2018, based in Lanzarote, developing a project studied and prepared to satisfy the highest level client. That's how we started, looking for qualified references and wineries that had the same objectives as us.
We are all related to wine in some way or another, we comment on it, we celebrate in its name, we drink it, we toast it and finally we enjoy each glass with which we pair different types of foods that accompany it. Around it, we build and celebrate occasions that become unique experiences and unforgettable memories that remain engraved in our memory, but do we know what wine is?
Let's define wine as the result of the fermentation of grape must. We call must the juice that is obtained as a result of crushing the grapes, that is, when they are crushed and the juice is obtained that rests in large tanks, usually made of stainless steel and that have a controlled temperature, which allows the fermentation process to begin where the sugar is transformed into alcohol.
To know the different classifications and types of wine there are many criteria, but I recommend using our senses to be able to classify them in an intuitive and natural way.

“Wine is water charged with the sun.” The poetic wisdom of physicist, philosopher, and astronomer Galileo Galilei. It all starts with the soil, the vine, the grape. The smell of the vineyard—like inhaling the beginning of everything. It awakens something ancient, something primordial…so to speak, something deeply imprinted, and probably subconscious, somewhere in my soul.
I like the way wine evolves, like, if I opened a bottle today, it would taste different than if I opened it any other day. Because a bottle of wine is actually alive; it's constantly evolving and gaining complexity.
Stick your nose in. Really, don't be shy and put your nose in. A little citrus, maybe some raspberry, passion fruit, and there's a fragrance of asparagus and like a flutter of Edam cheese nuttiness.
